GTM Lead

We're looking for a GTM Lead to run our go-to-market process end to end with large-scale software platforms.

Software is rewriting how every business spends, pays, and gets paid. CapitalOS is the agentic infrastructure underneath: B2B software platforms launch and run real money products on it, with underwriting, capital, compliance, risk, and support running themselves. Through those platforms, we power the financial capabilities of tens of thousands of businesses.

Winning a large platform is high-touch work. It means earning the trust of its product, engineering, and finance leaders.

What You'll Do

  • Run a high-touch GTM process end to end, from picking the right platforms to signature
  • Use AI to make every motion accurate, specific, and targeted: who we approach, what we say, and when
  • Own the workflow around each deal, working with the founders and looping them in when it matters
  • Turn what the market tells you into changes to the process, the positioning, and the product

What Success Looks Like

Founders are in conversations with large platforms you opened, every deal has a clear next step, and platforms respond because the outreach fits them. The AI-first machine that runs research, outreach, and follow-up improves every week.

What We're Looking For

  • You've won large B2B accounts with multiple stakeholders, including technical and product buyers
  • AI is how you work: you build agents and workflows for repeatable work and can show what you've built
  • You've worked with founders on deals and know when to bring them in
  • You can travel 3–4 days every quarter for a company offsite

Pluses

  • Experience selling embedded finance, payments, or infrastructure
