Senior Software Developer
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us scale our financial platform during a critical growth phase. You'll work on complex problems at the intersection of fintech infrastructure and AI.
This role offers the opportunity to shape product direction while working with cutting-edge AI technologies in a high-impact problem space.
What You'll Do
- Own significant product areas end-to-end, from design and architecture to deployment and monitoring
- Design and ship agent loops with tool calls, structured outputs, and eval harnesses
- Operate prompts and models in production — own latency, cost, and quality regressions
- Collaborate with product and design to translate business requirements into elegant technical solutions
- Build APIs and embedded UX components
How We Build
- We use modern AI dev tooling — engineers ship with Claude, Cursor / Claude Code as part of daily flow
- Every agent in production has evals, tracing, and a clear quality bar
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Hands-on production experience with React + a modern backend stack
- Experience building and scaling API services with relational databases
- Hands-on experience shipping LLM features in production — tool use, evals, retries, or agent loops
- Track record of shipping high-quality products in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously
- Availability to travel 3–4 days every quarter for a company offsite
Advantages

- Background in B2B SaaS or platform businesses
- Previous startup experience, especially in scaling from early to growth stage
